META selected for Town Hall Middelkerke

As a member of the team Gemeente(t)huis, META is selected for the DBM procedure for the new town hall of Middelkerke, Belgium. The project site is located centrally in the municipality on the former site of swimming pool Duinenbad.

The team Gemeente(t)huis consists of CIT RED (project development), META architectuurbureau (design architecture), Atelier Romain (design masterplan), Landinzicht Landschapsarchitecten (design landscape), AIKO architecten en ingenieurs (execution architecture and structural engineering), VK Engineering (MEP engineering, sustainability engineering, acoustical engineering and energy engineering), CIT Blaton (general contractor) and Alfa TI (contractor techniques).
