META wins the competition to design a new social services centre for Antwerp: Dienstencentrum 2060 Centraal Antwerpen

Antwerp’s Public Centre for Social Welfare (OCMW) plans to centralise it’s various service centres in Antwerp within a single building, the ‘Dienstencentrum 2060 Centraal Antwerpen’. To achieve this, they launched a design competition via AG Vespa’s competition pool for architectural assignments. Three architectural firms from the competition pool were invited to participate.

The competition jury selected META’s proposal, alongside Filip Dujardin (art integration), Erik Dhont Landscape Architect (design for the outdoor area) and Peritas (multidisciplinary studies).

The opening is scheduled for the end of 2023.
