Competition Hogeweg Gent submitted

META architectuurbureau submits together with Architectenbureau Bart Dehaene en architechten Els Claessens en Tania Vandenbussche and developers Durabrik and Mevaco the competition proposition for Project Hogeweg in Ghent, commissioned by sogent.

By assigning the various plots with individual homes to various architects within the same team and by designing the multiple family homes together with 2 architecture agencies, a rich harmonious ensemble is created. The materials and façade composition are also in accordance with each other, without loosing sight of the variety and individuality of the individual home.

All homes are sun through homes, to optimize the use of orientation and views – the north side has a view of a large park. This way all sides of the buildings are treated as facades.
