META architectuurbureau submits its design for a passive pre-school in Kalmthout. The programme was stacked to reduce the footprint and impact of the new building in the terrain. Moreover this is the best way to safe energy ans (insulation) material. The orientation was conceived by the energy concept. META architectuurbureau came in second.
