META architectuurbureau submits its design for the building of a ‘green office building’ Zwaaikomgebouw for Alides in collaboration with AGSOB.

The presented building is situated on the Octrooiplein within the master plan of OMA for the old docks in Ghent. The building is a carried body that recovers, from the uneven terrain shape, its original orthogonal shape floor by floor.
