META supports hemp research and seeks applications in the construction sector
Entrepreneur Frederik Verstraete is conducting a practice-based research into the various applications of the hemp plant. One of the test cases is in Zwijndrecht, where a pilot project is starting to purify the polluted PFAS soils with the planting of hemp.
At Frederik Verstraete's request, META is helping with the project. In concrete terms, we are looking for applications for hemp in the construction sector so that the hemp plant can also be put to good use after harvesting.
