Though every commission has a different approach, program, commissioners and specific location, the projects of META architectuurbureau clearly have the same approach and formulation for solutions. From equal or ‘meta’ concerns, a uniform ‘meta’ concept was formed for each project. Particularly in the general lines, the (sometimes poetic) pragmatism, the brutal simplicity and the hardness rather than the refinement, form the strength of our designs. Without any visible dialogues or conflicts but with a pleasant subtle approach and almost silver neutrality, META architectuurbureau has a very recognizable way to maintain city and rural areas in balance full of unexpected margins.
